What an awesome book! I LOVED Tarin; his voice is so perfectly clear and he made me laugh and get angry right along with him! Actually, all of the characters are interesting and well-formed. And if I'd had to wait for the sequel, I would have dropped a star out of sheer petulance after reading that ending!
